Planks are one of the most beneficial core exercises. Why?:
- Reduces back pain
- Builds deep inner core muscles
- Improves your mood
- Improves your balance
- Improves your posture
Plank for a few seconds everyday to build your endurance up increasing your strength. Planks don’t have to be boring; there are so many variations you can perform to keep your workout interesting. E.g. side planks, rotating planks, hand to elbow planks, side dips. Try our 30 day plank challenge to help you build endurance and strength all the way to a 5 minute plank!
