9 weeks difference and ZERO sit ups!!!!
At the time I suffered a lower back injury which prevented me from doing most things that involved bending.
I achieved abs by eating clean for 9 weeks which was a really short space of time!
Sit ups will strengthen your rectus abdominus which is basically the front abs which gives you the definition for a 6 pack however it will not spot reduce and allow you to shift fat from that area.
Correct nutrition and training will allow you to reduce your waist size.
So really for people that carry fat around the waist – I’d spend more time eating better and weight training than trying to do sit ups.
